What are the signs a boiler needs service?
Unusual noises, uneven heat between rooms or floors, the system failing to start, pressure problems, or leaks around the boiler or radiators.
Repair or replace?
We'll tell you honestly. Many faults are repairable; an old, inefficient boiler that keeps failing may be a candidate for replacement, and Mass Save incentives can apply to efficient heating equipment.
What does a boiler repair visit cost?
The service call is free. A licensed plumber comes out, diagnoses the problem and gives you a written price before any work starts. If you go ahead with the repair, there's an $89 service fee on top of that price; if you don't, you pay nothing.
