Why do older homes need repiping?
Galvanized steel supply pipe corrodes from the inside. Over decades the bore narrows, pressure drops, the water can run rusty, and the pipe eventually starts to leak. Replacing it with modern materials restores pressure and reliability and removes a recurring source of leaks.
What are the signs?
- Frequent leaks or pinhole leaks
- Low water pressure at several fixtures
- Rusty or discolored water
- Visible corrosion on exposed pipe
- An older home with original galvanized supply lines
How does a repiping project work?
We assess your system, explain the scope clearly — full or partial — and give you a written price. Then we complete the work with care to minimize disruption, test the new lines, and clean up. If you’re not sure whether the problem is the pipe or a single leak, start with leak detection.
5-Year Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind how we do the work for five years. If something fails because of our installation or repair, we come back and correct it — no labor charge.

How do I know if my house needs repiping?
Frequent leaks, low water pressure throughout the house, rusty or discolored water, and visible corrosion on exposed pipes are the common signs — especially in older homes with galvanized steel supply lines.
Do I have to repipe the whole house at once?
No. We can replace the worst runs first and do the rest later, as long as the sequence makes sense for your system. We'll lay out the options in writing.
How disruptive is repiping?
We explain the scope up front, plan access to minimize openings in finished walls, and protect your home while we work.
