Why does a hidden leak matter?
Leaks behind walls, under floors and beneath slabs can run for weeks before you see them. By then they can mean mold, damaged framing and flooring, and a high water bill. Finding a leak early keeps a small repair from becoming a large one.
How do you find a leak without tearing things apart?
We listen for hidden water movement, inspect fixtures and supply lines, and trace pressure and moisture changes to pinpoint the source. That careful approach finds the leak quickly and lets us recommend the most effective repair — not the most invasive one.
What happens after you find it?
We explain what we found, outline your repair options with a written price, and fix it with as little disruption as possible. If the leak is a symptom of failing pipe — common with old galvanized supply lines — we’ll tell you, and whether repiping is worth considering.
5-Year Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind how we do the work for five years. If something fails because of our installation or repair, we come back and correct it — no labor charge.

What are the signs of a hidden leak?
An unexplained jump in your water bill, damp or stained drywall, warped flooring, a musty smell, or the sound of running water when nothing is on.
Will you have to open my walls?
Only where the leak actually is. The point of leak detection is to pinpoint the source first, so any opening is small and in the right place.
What does leak detection cost?
The service call is free. A licensed plumber comes out, diagnoses the problem and gives you a written price before any work starts. If you go ahead with the repair, there's an $89 service fee on top of that price; if you don't, you pay nothing.
